Do I need a referral to see you?
No, you do not need a referral to see us. If you have been referred, please bring your referral details and any other information that your referrer has provided e.g. x-ray results
What should I bring to my appointment?
Non-restrictive clothing, like gym shorts and a t-shirt, is always best if possible. Please bring any information relating to your problem from other health professionals you have seen, the results of x-rays or other tests, a list of your regular medications, and your private health fund card and information (if applicable).

Do you offer home visits?
No, I currently do not offer home visits as a standard service. If you are not mobile and would like to see one of our practitioners, please get in contact with us and we may be able to accomodate treatment in your home.
At what age should I bring my child to see an Osteopath?
As I treat newborn babies, no age is too young! If you’re worried about your child, their pain or development at any age, please speak to one of our experienced Osteopaths. If you’re not sure if Osteopathy is right for you or your family, we offer free 15-minute phone consultations to see if I can be a good fit.
All children under the age of 16 will require a parent or guardian to be present during all consultations. We thank you for your understanding.

Can you refer for medical imaging studies?
Yes, if necessary, we can refer you for x-rays. All other tests will need a GP referral.

Can I claim my health fund rebate at my appointment?
Yes! I have HICAPS at our reception and can claim your health insurance rebate instantly. You just pay the gap fee, its as easy as that.
Will my health fund provide a rebate for Osteopathy?
This depends on your level of cover with your health fund. Please review your policy or call your health fund to check. We can provide the service numbers on request - just give us a call and let us know what kind of appointment you are needing to book.
Are your services bulk-billed?
Due to the experience and demand of my treatments, my services are not bulk-billed. I can however claim your health insurance and Medicare rebates on the spot for easy processing.
What is your cancellation policy?
My cancellation policy is 24 hours for appointments, if less I charge a $45 cancellation fee.
Less than 4 hours and I charge a full fee due to demand for our appointment times.
